  • What courier do you use? We ship all our orders with DHL, any further questions please email us at hello@rationl.co.uk
  • Are Taxes & Duties included? If you ship within the UK there are no extra charges. If you ship beyond the UK, we unfortunately can't guaranty taxes and duties will be covered.
  • How do I return an item? Click here
  • What's your returns policy? Click here
  • Can I exchange an item? We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@rationl.co.uk and return your item(s) to us.
  • What do you do with return orders? Do you dispose of anything? We avoid disposing of anything where possible! We clean up and restore returned items. Every return is checked on an individual basis. 
  • I've received a faulty item, what should I do? Please contact our team at hello@rationl.co.uk
